Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Infinity Group USA's website or services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Infinity Group USA provides cloud-based payroll processing, tax calculation and filing, employee self-service, and related HR tools. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be a legally registered business operating in the United States to use our payroll services.

4. Fees & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup, based on your chosen plan plus applicable per-employee charges. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all employee, contractor, and wage data submitted.
• You must maintain sufficient funds in your linked bank account to cover payroll and tax obligations.
• You must promptly notify us of any changes affecting tax filings (e.g., new work locations, entity changes).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Group USA's total liability arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our tax penalty protection guarantee is governed by separate terms provided at signup.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain sufficient funds for payroll obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
