Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

All Infinity Group USA plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — there is no cancellation fee.

Free Trial

New accounts include a free trial period with full feature access. You will not be charged during the trial, and no credit card is required to begin. If you choose not to continue, your account will simply expire at the end of the trial with no charge.

Billing Cycle Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually. If you cancel mid-cycle:

• Monthly plans: you retain access through the end of the current billing period; unused days are not refunded, but you will not be billed again.
• Annual plans: you may request a prorated refund for unused full months remaining in your term, minus any applicable annual discount already applied.

Setup Fees

Infinity Group USA does not charge setup fees on any plan, so there is nothing to refund in this category.

Tax Penalty Protection Guarantee

If a filing error caused by Infinity Group USA results in an IRS or state tax penalty, we will cover the cost of that penalty, subject to the terms provided in your service agreement.
